Can I order from outside Vietnam?

Yes. Use a forwarder with a warehouse in Vietnam. Enter their Vietnamese warehouse address at checkout; your forwarder arranges international delivery.

Is shipping free?

Domestic delivery by SPX Express to your forwarder's Vietnamese warehouse is free. Your forwarder charges separately for international shipping and related services.

How do I pay?

Ask your forwarder to pay in VND by bank transfer or VietQR using your order page details. Include your order number as the transfer reference. Our staff confirms payment before dispatch.

How long do I have to pay?

48 hours from placing your order. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after that deadline.

When will preorder items ship?

Check the preorder lead time on the product page. International transit time is additional and depends on your forwarder.

How do I choose a size?

Can I change my warehouse address?
