Returns and Exchanges

Contact us to request a return or exchange within 7 days of the date your forwarder receives the parcel at their warehouse in Vietnam. Ask your forwarder to inspect the items promptly.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all original tags attached. Include your order number and details of the item when contacting us. For an incorrect or damaged item, please include clear photos.

Contact us for return instructions before sending anything back. Exchanges depend on availability. We will confirm the next steps after reviewing your request and inspecting the returned item.

You are responsible for international shipping costs associated with a return or exchange. Confirm the forwarding arrangements and costs before requesting a return.
