How to Order from Abroad

Shop Seleen through a freight forwarder with a warehouse in Vietnam. Arrange your forwarding service before placing an order.

1. Choose your items, colours and sizes. Check each product's size chart and any preorder lead time.
2. At checkout, enter your forwarder's warehouse address in Vietnam, including their recipient name, Vietnamese phone number and any customer reference they require. Use the exact address your forwarder provides.
3. Ask your forwarder to pay on your behalf by Vietnamese bank transfer or VietQR. Follow the payment details on your order page and include your order number as the transfer reference.
4. Payment is due within 48 hours of placing your order. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after this deadline.
5. Our staff confirms receipt of payment before dispatch. We send your parcel by SPX Express to your forwarder's Vietnamese warehouse once your items are ready.
6. Your forwarder arranges international delivery and charges you for that service separately.

Domestic delivery to your forwarder's warehouse is free. International delivery charges, customs duties and any forwarding fees are arranged with your forwarder. Keep your order page link to check your order status.
